In order to make intellectual contributions toward the peacebuilding activities, PB conducts research project related to peacebuilding.
2005 Activities
Hiroshima Peace Science Consortium, Hiroshima University
In collaboration with Hiroshima University, PB conducted a research on practicing the peace education in Hiroshima. PB posted that information on the web site. And at the same time, PB set up the site where people from all over the world could exchange their opinions on the peace education.

Research study on the formation of the peace execution monitoring model
(The Sasakawa Peace Foundation Commissioned Project)
Commissioned by the Sasakawa Peace Foundation, PB prepared investigative reports about the International observers in Afghanistan, including evaluation, verification, and general-purpose model creation.
